Stuart brings over 20 years of senior management expertise spanning the not-for-profit, government, and private sectors, including significant roles within the Employment & Training and News & Media industries.

He holds Advanced Diplomas in Business Management and Occupational Health and Safety. A dedicated Sunraysia resident, Stuart actively contributes to local community organisations through Board and volunteer positions.

Since joining LMW in 2020, Stuart has led the Land Development and Emergency Management functions and participated in the Intelligent Water Networks Champions program. He is committed to advancing strategic and capital projects that bolster the Corporation’s and region’s long-term growth and sustainability.
