Nardia is a community-oriented leader with over 20 years’ experience in strategic development, stakeholder engagement, project management, risk, governance, program facilitation, marketing, events management, and communications.

A graduate of the Northern Mallee Leaders Program (NMLP 2009), Nardia possesses a Master of Arts (Advertising), Bachelor of Business (Marketing) and a Bachelor of Arts (Professional Communications and Japanese) and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She is committed to contributing to the economic, social, and cultural development of our region and its many communities through her involvement in local community groups and state-wide Boards as a volunteer member.

Nardia joined LMW in 2020 leading the Organisational Performance Team and as the Company Secretary to the Board. She is actively connected across the water sector and looks forward to developing and implementing strategic initiatives that support prosperity to our region through the delivery of vital water services.
