Each year, National Water Week makes a splash across Australia inspiring individuals, communities and organisations to build awareness around the value of water. Access to clean water is hugely important to our daily lives, and it’s down to all of us to protect our water environments and resources, and use water wisely.
Held on the third week of October each year and a theme is set for the week by the Australian Water Association. This year’s theme for National Water Week was “United by Water”.
To celebrate National Water Week, we invited local students to share how water unites them through hand drawn or digital posters.
We are excited to announce the competition winners in the following four categories:
Prep First Prize – Brenton Simmons – Red Cliffs Primary School and STATE Second Prize Winner
1/12
Congratulations to all the winners of this year’s poster competition.
There will be a free calendar featuring the winning artwork available from all offices in late November 2023.
