Our switch to eBilling

We are setting up a new, modern billing system that meets the industry’s best practice that will provide you with a new self-serve Customer Portal and online eBills.

We have listened to our customers’ feedback about receiving their bills electronically.

As a result, we are setting up a new, modern billing system that meets the industry’s best practice that will provide you with a new self-serve Customer Portal and online eBills.

As we are using the latest technology, the online Customer Portal will provide a fast, self-serve experience for customers to view and pay their water bills, view consumption history, update personal details and lodge enquiries and requests.

You will be able to opt in to receive eBills via email or continue to receive bills by mail if you wish.

eBill Frequently Asked Questions

An eBill is an online version of your paper bill that is sent to you via your nominated email address. You can opt in to receive your eBill.

By opting into eBilling, you also opt in to receive most LMW communications via your nominated email address – as your preferred LMW communication method. LMW will also make best endeavours to respond to your enquiries via email.

You’ll never miss or lose bills or communication from us as they will be in your email inbox. You’ll receive eBills sooner than bills sent in the mail. By going paperless, we will have a positive impact on the environment.

As long as you have access to the Internet, you can access your eBills from your email inbox and pay your eBills anywhere, anytime.

If you wish to be signed up to eBills, we will also sign you up to email communications. All future invoices and communications will then be sent via your nominated email/s.
