As part of our Seniors Week morning tea in 2024, we invited Bob and Helen Walton from the Red Cliffs Focus Group and Historical Society to present to our guests. As a special treat, Bob recited one of his original poems, ‘The red cliffs of Red Cliffs’.

The poem shares the rich history of the riverine landscape and the growing irrigation and farming district of Red Cliffs.

Because of its powerful meanings, we thought it would be a great idea to film Bob with the red cliffs in the background and record it for historical purposes.

A big thank you to Bob for his time taken to feature in the video and to Adam and Brandan from AdMedia for producing it.
