Our annual rural and urban Customer Satisfaction Surveys are an important check in with our customers. The feedback we receive helps us understand what we’re getting right and what we can do to improve our service.

Customers provide feedback on:

  • satisfaction with water supply, wastewater, irrigation & drainage services
  • customer service
  • payments and billing information
  • reliability of delivering on commitments
  • ease of ordering irrigation water
  • affordability

  • 88% of urban customers are satisfied with the overall quality of their water service
  • 90% of urban customers are satisfied with LMW’s customer service
  • 82% of rural customers are satisfied with LMW as a service provider
  • 78% of rural customers are satisfied with LMW’s responsiveness to resolve their request
