New LMW Board Directors Announced
Three new directors have been appointed to the Board of Lower Murray Urban and Rural Water Corporation which provides potable water and irrigation services to the region.
Three new directors have been appointed to the Board of Lower Murray Urban and Rural Water Corporation which provides potable water and irrigation services to the region.
The new directors are Dr Anne-Maree Boland, Paul Thompson, and Adam Christou, who has been the Independent Member of LMW’s Finance and Audit Committee since 2021.
They were among 125 board members appointed recently by Minister for Water Harriet Shing to Victoria’s 18 water corporations, nine Catchment Management Authorities and the Victorian Environmental Water Holder.
They join existing board members Chair Sharyon Peart, Warren Lloyd, Domenic Isola, Michelle Oates and Kate Hughes.
Ms Peart welcomed the new members and thanked outgoing directors – Greg Baker, Max Folie and Svetla Petkova.
