Our annual customer satisfaction surveys are your opportunity to let us know what we’re doing well and where we can improve.
Our customers are at the centre of everything we do. Your concerns, interests, and priorities are at the heart of our future planning.
A link to the survey has been sent to our customers via email, so please participate and have your say.
Rural/Irrigation customers will also receive a mailed paper version with a prepaid return envelope, keep an eye on your mailbox for that. We encourage you to submit either the digital (emailed) or paper survey, not both.
